Once the sample is received, depending on its size, the area of interest and resolution needed and the type of information to be obtained, one methodology or another will be used. The following diagrams show the process to be followed depending on the characteristics of the sample and the technique to be applied; they also indicate whether it is possible to recover the sample.<\/p>\n
