The Nanolithography comprises the set of techniques that allow the creation of nanodevices based on top-down approaches, and so is a key element in Nanotechnology.<\/p>\n

In July 2008, an application was sent to the Ministry of Science in Spain to form a national network on Nanolithography that would foster scientific exchange and knowledge transfer between the national agents in this field (research groups, institutions and companies). <\/p>\n

The Ministry supported this action along the period 2009-2011, and this support has been renewed for the period 2012-2013.
